Call for partners: EVS training
Nomadas is looking for partners interested in joining our new international project. We are planning to apply for a Youth in Action 4.3 Training Workshop on EVS. The project will be hold -if it is finally funded- in Murcia (Spain), in September 2010. The project will be organiced in collaboration with Code-X International, from The Netherlands, they will host the same project in The Netherlands in July 2010. 'Crazy in the city', Spain 2009
This summer 27 youngsters from Spain, Austria, Sweden and The Netherlands met in Blanca, a village in the Region of Murcia -Spain-. During 3 days all then where participating in a 'Youth in Action' youth exchange organized by Nómadas. The exchange was called ‘Crazy in the city’, and it was worth its name, since it was actually a ‘crazy’ project.
This exchange was something more than just youth activities, it was a lot more, you can ask our participants! During the week all the international participants had the opportunity to discover the 'real' Spain, with its real young culture. The youngsters brought to their home countries a good number of new friends. It’s common to find new friends in a youth exchange, but it’s less common to find a lot of local friends.

Youth exchange in Austria
From August 28 till 6 September 2009 Nómdadas is going to participate in our second youth exchange in Austria. The previous time we visited Bad Ischl, a village close to Salzburg, this time we will visit Mürzzuschlag, close to the capital Viena. This project will involve more than 50 youngsters, coming from 10 countries from Europe and Asia.
Our first turkish experience
During the last week of August 2008, Nómadas participated in a "Youth in Action" exchange that took place in Amasya (Turkey). The title of the project was "Sports for Tolerance", so the almost all the activities were around sport. In the exchange we met youngsters from Poland, Portugal and Turkey, all of them were really nice people, we miss all of them. During the project we were hosted in a youth hostel near the sport complex of Amasya, which is located in the North of the Anatolian peninsula, a bit less than 200 Km from the Black Sea.
