Youth Exchange, organized though the EU's 'Youth in Action' Programme, which 4 youngsters plus a group leader from Nómadas Youth Association will participate in.
The main topic of the exchange is about improving youth life-style and healthy habits, though sports, diet, anti-stress techniques, etc. taking always as central point the active participation of the youngsters in the workshops develepent as well in the organization of them.
This exchange is open only to Spanish nationals, living in the Region of Murcia, aged from 18 till 22 years old.
